Disinfectant is used to clean the property, and commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays. Got there at 3 to find out my room was not ready and was told that it would take 30 minutes to clean. I was ok with that but not with the response the lady in the front office gave me when I asked the checking was at 3 and I had booked this room one week in advance.
