The hotel was trulyy first class.centrally located,with easy access to shopping an entertainment.the staff in all areas of the hotel were truly professional and friendly.really enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend chicago bodybuilding competition this resort for families. The Bali Dynasty staff are amazing. Our only down side is the lack of fresh water available. We were supplied a 1.5L bottle each day but for a family of 4 this was just not enough.
We totally enjoyed our stay at Dynasty will be back in Dec/Jan with more family members. Cleanliness was superb and as always the staff cannot be faulted, we enjoyed our stay and will return in future I’m sure. Good place for families but hotel is old and needs updating. The breakfast was average and not enough space.
Beds were comfortable and staff very friendly. We also enjoyed the Bali Theme Night dinner. Very close to Waterbomb park, markets and great restaurants. Our holiday, which was our third visit to the Dynasty, lived up to expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful and the resort is suitable for all. Very family friendly but also has child free zones.

Great place for families with small kids, the location is also good and its just a short walk to waterboom park and shopping. On another note, when the telemarketers in Long Beach called my home, they reached my boyfriend who was promised a free 3 day 2 night vacation to Hawaii to attend your presentation. As an inducement to buy, I was also offered a cruise to Mexico When I sent the information in to the travel company to redeem the voucher for the Hawaii trip.. It was then that I discovered that this wasn’t isn’t a vacation that you can schedule, and it was not meant to be free. Some people had actually paid all of the fees and did their Hawaiian Vacation through the voucher company.
Plenty of dining options and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, beach, waterbom and anything else you need. Staying at the Dynasty was a great experience. The kids loved the kids club and the activities that were at the hotel. We will be definitely staying at this hotel again. The Bali Dynasty was a great experience.
Overall a great place to stay with kids although the kids club was closed a lot for outside activities which means the little ones couldn’t play in there. Pools and pool staff were fantastic. The rooms got very smelly and damp which was a bit unpleasant at times.
We had an issue with our room and the staff went above & beyond to resolve the issue and rectified it immediately. The are currently undergoing renovations but we weren’t bothered by it and are looking forward to returning once they are completed. Service, cleanliness and friendliness excellent.
Hi, we get in quite late to the hotel when we arrive in September. The spa is lovely and caters for couples but I found when it was refurbished a couple of years back the process skyrocketed compared to what they use to be. It was a great experience the process was really easy to get all of the information I needed and all of my questions were answered. The information was all right there in the package and Guest Service Specialists were great.

The caller is from 44 Branford Pl (Somewhere around Washington St & Branford PL), Newark, NJ. The call is made for some kind of vacation scam like 2 vacations for $400 and 3 vacations for $500. They are selling this scam for Dynasty Vaction Club LLC. Located at Kissimmee, FL. I dealt with them many years ago, it is a scam.
